Consultation Services

Personal Consultations

Drs. Culver and Frank's personal consultation services are designed to help dentists through any portion of a dental practice sale or transition process. These services can either be provided on an "as needed" basis or as a "complete guide" through the entire process. The objective is to provide individualized consultation for each dentist's particular needs rather than the full service usually provided by dental brokers.

If you're looking for even more personalized attention, consider a San Juan Islands Retreat.

In-House Evaluations
Abbreviated in-house office evaluations are focused on positioning and optimizing an existing practice for a prospective transition. This can be an important first step for a dentist considering any transition or sale. The objectives are to
  1. obtain a higher sale,
  2. draw a better choice of applicants and
  3. make the whole transition happen more easily and successfully.

Recommended sessions consist of an office visit followed by a dinner planning meeting of approximately six total hours.

Fee with overnight trip: $2,600 plus expenses

(two-night trips to Eastern U.S. locations add $1,300)

"After taking Norm Culver’s seminar and a consultation visit to my office, I found a younger dentist to take into my practice to allow for my gradual retirement. The arrangement is working well. I’ve been able to cut back to three ‘easy’ days per week and my income has not changed."
- Philip G. Gallaher, DDS, Seattle, WA
