Site Policies
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
As consideration for the seminars and materials purchased by you and provided to you by Phasing Out, you agree to pay Phasing Out at the time you place your reservation or order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted.
Seminar cancellations made with one-week notice will be refunded, minus a $25 handling fee.
Phasing Out expressly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notification and/or notice on its website. Payment may be made by you by providing either a valid credit card, an online check, or personal.
If for any reason Phasing Out is unable to charge your payment method for the full amount owed Phasing Out for the seminars or materials provided, or if Phasing Out is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to your payment method, you agree that Phasing Out may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment. If you pay by credit card and if for any reason Phasing Out is unable to charge your credit card with the full amount of the seminars or materials provided, or if Phasing Out is charged back for any fee it previously charged to the credit card you provided, you agree that Phasing Out may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment. You agree that among the remedies Phasing Out may pursue in order to effect payment, shall include but will not be limited to, immediate cancellation without notice to you of any seminars or materials registered or renewed on your behalf. Phasing Out reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for administrative tasks outside the scope of its regular services, including additional costs that it may incur in providing the services and pass along to you. These include, but are not limited to, customer service issues that cannot be handled over email but require personal service, fees incurred by third parties.
Service Provider
We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
PRIVACY
Client information is gathered for the purpose of communication with
clients, fulfilling registrations and client orders, and for internal
marketing purposes. Under no circumstances will we sell or give any
personal information collected to marketers, publishers or any other
outside source with the exception of parties that are directly involved
with the sale or delivery of our products.
Tracking software is used to analyze traffic to this web site. This
software does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some
tracking services this tracking does not have a database of individual
profiles for each visitor. It only collects aggregate data.

Use of the PhasingOut.com website is governed by the terms and conditions
set forth below. Use of this website indicates your agreement to all the
terms and conditions set forth in the following paragraphs.
Phasing Out grants you a
limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to
download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it,
except with express written consent of Phasing Out. This license
does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its
contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or
prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading
or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or
any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction
tools.
